Mr. Solotruk has been associated with AREA since 1995 and supervises AREA's accounting, tax & reporting activities at its Purchase, NY office. From 1988 to 1995, Mr. Solotruk was a Vice President of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and served as Chief Financial Officer of their real estate syndication business. From 1977 to 1988, Mr. Solotruk was with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, serving as a Senior Manager for a wide variety of clients. Mr. Solotruk graduated from Rutgers University with an MBA in Accounting and a BA in Economics and is a Certified Public Accountant.
