Mr. Davis has been associated with AREA since 2004 and is responsible for new investments and investment management. Mr. Davis was in the Acquisitions Group of Vornado Realty Trust from 1999 to 2004, and prior to that he worked at Secured Capital. Mr. Davis graduated with a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
